Welcome to Dazboard. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dazboard Chrome extension (“the Extension”) and the dazboard.erox.dev website. By downloading, installing, or using Dazboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dazboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. License and Usage

Dazboard offers both a free “Starter” version and a paid “Lifetime Pro” version.
When you purchase a Lifetime Pro license, I grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Pro features of the Extension on up to your permitted limit of linked browsers.

  • You may not share, resell, or distribute your License Key to others.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Extension.

3. “Lifetime” Definition

The term “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Dazboard product, not your lifetime. It means you will have access to the Pro features and updates for as long as I actively maintain and support the Extension. If Dazboard is ever discontinued or acquired, I will provide reasonable advance notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Dazboard relies on the structure of third-party websites to extract data. Because websites frequently change their HTML structure, I cannot guarantee that Dazboard will flawlessly extract data from every website forever. The Extension is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties of any kind.

You understand that if a target website significantly changes its code, you may need to re-select the metric in Dazboard. I do not warrant that the extension will be bug-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I (Eris Oktafiana) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including missed trading opportunities or client disputes) resulting from your use of, or inability to use, Dazboard.

6. Refunds

Because Dazboard offers a free version for you to test the core functionality before purchasing, all sales for the Lifetime Pro license are generally considered final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent the extension from working entirely within the first 7 days of purchase, please contact me for support or to request a refund via Lemon Squeezy.

7. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If I make significant changes, I will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
