Our biggest under-the-hood update yet! Dazboard is now dramatically smarter, faster, and more polished from top to bottom.

1. Smart Sync Engine (Batched URL Fetching)

The biggest performance upgrade in Dazboard’s history. The background sync engine now intelligently groups metrics that share the same URL and fetches them all from a single background tab — instead of opening a separate tab for each metric. This means if you track 5 items on the same Steam page, Dazboard now opens just 1 tab instead of 5.

2. Refresh by Tag

You can now sync a specific category all at once. Just click the new Refresh icon next to any tag title in the header. Only the metrics inside that tag will be refreshed, saving time and bandwidth.

3. Bulk Rename Tag

Renaming a category is now instant. Click the pencil icon next to any tag title to rename it inline — Dazboard will automatically update all metrics assigned to that tag in one sweep. No more editing them one by one.

4. Hover-to-Scroll Metric Titles

Long metric names no longer get awkwardly cut off with .... Hover anywhere over a metric card and the title will smoothly scroll to reveal the full name, then gracefully return to the start when you move away.

5. Value-based Sorting

Two new sort options have been added — “Highest to Low” and “Low to Highest”. Dazboard reads formatted numbers intelligently (e.g., 10K, 1.5M) so sorting is always mathematically accurate.

6. Faster Refresh Interval (5 Minutes)

For power users who need near-real-time data, a new 5-minute auto-refresh interval is now available in Settings.

7. External Link in History Modal

A new open source URL button (↗) now appears in the Metric History panel, letting you jump directly to the tracked webpage with a single click.

8. Interactive Metric History Chart

Each metric now has a dedicated History panel with a beautiful interactive area chart. Switch between multiple timeframes — 24H, 3D, 1W, 1M, 1Y, and ALL — to visualize how your tracked numbers have changed over time. Hover over the chart to see exact values and timestamps at any point in history.

9. Fix Dropdown Style

All native OS dropdown menus (which looked broken on Windows) have been replaced with fully custom-styled featuring glassmorphism effects, smooth animations, and consistent rendering across all operating systems.

1. Fully Customizable Dashboard Layout

You can now easily drag and drop individual metric cards in the main dashboard, as well as category tags in the sidebar! Arrange your numbers exactly how you want them. Your custom layout is automatically saved and synced.

2. Advanced Sorting Options

Tracking a lot of numbers? We’ve added a new dropdown menu next to the search bar. You can now sort your metrics dynamically by Name (A-Z/Z-A) or Date Added (Newest/Oldest).

3. Free Tier Upgrade

Great news for our free users! The metric tracking limit for the Free plan has been increased from 3 metrics to 8 metrics, allowing you to build a more complete and balanced dashboard.

4. Plan Status Badge

Your current license status (FREE or PRO) is now elegantly displayed right in the main header next to the sync timer, making it easy to know which tier you are on at a glance.

5. Reliability Improvements

Fixed a critical issue where background tabs could remain open indefinitely if a tracked page required login or failed to load. Dazboard now guarantees all background tabs close within 30 seconds and properly marks failed metrics with a red error indicator on your dashboard.

6. Smart Trend Percentages

Small metric changes matter! Trend percentage rounding is now much smarter, capable of showing up to 3 decimal points dynamically (e.g. 1.034% instead of rigidly rounding down to 1.0% or 0.0%), while automatically stripping trailing zeros.

7. Clearer Error Guidance

If a metric fails to update, hovering over the Error badge now displays a clearer, more comprehensive tooltip explaining the potential reasons (like needing to login, entering a PIN, or a slow loading page).

A quick stability update to ensure Dazboard works seamlessly across all your favorite websites.

1. Smoother Tracking Experience

Improved how Dazboard interacts with complex websites (like YouTube, Stripe, etc.). The tracking cursor is now much more reliable and won’t interfere with the website’s original design.

2. Clearer Alerts

We’ve updated our error messages and success notifications to be much clearer and easier to understand, helping you troubleshoot if a page needs to be refreshed before tracking.

3. Anti-Freeze Protection

Added a new safety net when saving metrics. If the browser takes too long to respond, the save dialog will now gracefully close and notify you instead of being stuck on “Saving…”.

4. Enhanced Privacy

We’ve further optimized our background permissions to be as strictly private as possible, ensuring Dazboard only accesses the exact data you want to track and absolutely nothing else.

5. Smarter Auto-Refresh

Heavy websites that take a moment to load (like Upwork or Stripe) will no longer fail to update. Dazboard now patiently and actively waits for the exact number to appear before capturing it.

6. Bulletproof Tracking on Social Media

Fixed an issue where metrics from Facebook or Threads would break after a few days. Dazboard now ignores constantly changing internal codes on those sites, keeping your metrics firmly locked onto the right numbers.

7. Bulk Delete by Tag

Cleaning up is now a breeze! You can now hover over any tag in the sidebar and click the ‘X’ button to instantly delete all metrics inside that specific category with just one click.
